A hood overslam bumper mounting structure is provided to support a hood in the balance by fixing a hook overslam bumper at the same height. A hood overslam bumper mounting structure comprises an upper frame(30) formed at the upper side of a carrier and formed with at least one combining groove(31) and a combining hole(32) bored through the lower part of the combining groove; a first fixing unit(40) placed over the combining groove on the upper end, whose lower part passes through the combining hole; a bumper(60) partially inserted into the combining groove and penetrated at the middle portion; and a second fixing unit(50) combined with the first fixing unit through the bumper to press the bumper by the upper end.
