<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightproof container which acquires sufficient lightproofness while having excellent characteristics of a polyester, which can be easily blow-molded into a shape identical to that of a mold and which is excellent in economical efficiency and recyclability, and a manufacturing method for the lightproof container. <P>SOLUTION: A preform made of a polyester is preheated at about 100°C, and reheated in a short period of time by using a blow molding machine; the temperature of the outer surface of the preform is raised to about 160°C; the temperature of its inner surface is raised to about 140°C; biaxially oriented blow molding is performed after that; a spherocrystallized part 14 is produced in at least a part of a section with the overall thickness t of a side wall 13 of a body part 3 of the container 5; and the whole light transmission through the side wall 13 with respect to visible light is decreased to 40% or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
