PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the travel amount of EAP point of a central seat part when a load is applied, without causing substantial weight increase and cost increase. SOLUTION: The vehicle seat is provided with a first and a second reinforcement frame 215, 224 in a seat cushion frame 21 and a seat back frame 22 so as to partition them into the right and left part. The vehicle seat is provided with a three-point type seat belt 3 which connects the rear end part of a seat cushion frame 21, the upper end part of a seat back frame 22 along the respective reinforcement frames 215, 224, and a buckle 33 provided at the side end part of the seat cushion frame 21, and the partition area Z2 of the seat cushion frame 21 which is partitioned by the first reinforcement frame 215 and includes the side end part is easily made to be relatively deformed with respect to the partition area Z1.
