PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm the circumstances of a pop-up page linked to a Web page, and to display a pop-up page linked by a simple operation. SOLUTION: This Internet browsing device is provided with a Web page selecting means for selecting a Web page to be displayed, an information extracting means for extracting the page information of a pop-up page linked to the Web page selected by the Web page selecting means, a display means for displaying the page information of the pop-up page extracted by the information extracting means, a pop-up page selecting means for selecting the page information of the pop-up page to be displayed from the page information displayed by the display means and a pop-up page display means for opening and displaying the pop-up page based on the page information selected by the pop-up page selecting means.
