PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with work for welding a perforated steel plate after the insertion of the steel sheet pile, while enabling the steel sheet pile to be inserted by a press-in machine, when the perforated steel plate for transferring a shearing force from concrete is joined to the steel sheet pile for being used as an earth retaining wall and a sheathing board of a structure, in the construction of the structure of the reinforced concrete in the ground. SOLUTION: This steel sheet piles are inserted into the ground while adjoining each other in the circumferential direction of the structure 7 constructed from the reinforced concrete, so as to enclose the structure 7 to be constructed in the ground. Steel 3 with a bolt hole 3a is prewelded to or near the width-direction central part of a surface, facing the side of the structure 7, of a steel sheet pile body 2 constituting the steel sheet pile.
