A fluorescent lamp type lighting apparatus in an apartment house is provided to prevent an electric shock due to contact to a socket by intercepting electricity supplied to a fluorescent lamp when replacing the lamp. In a fluorescent lamp type lighting apparatus in an apartment house, a housing(100) is fixed on the interior wall. A body(200) is located in the housing(100) and is mounted with electric equipment for lighting a fluorescent lamp. An upper part of a case(330) is fixed to the body(200) and has a cavity with a first rotation hole and an insertion groove at the bottom. A conducting member has a plane shape to be mounted to the cavity and has a second rotation hole, a pair of guide grooves, a terminal(352), and a switch. A socket(310) includes an insertion line(311), a rotation axis fixing hole, a conducting rod, a contact piece, and a moving member. A handle(320) includes a rotation axis, a groove on the circumference of the rotation axis, a protrusion unit on the outer peripheral surface, and a torsion spring. A fixing body(300,300') includes a moving groove moving with the insertion line upward and downward, a hanger movably fixed to the upper part of the moving groove, a pushing member pushing the top surface of the hanger, and a pushing apparatus pushing the pushing member downwardly by receiving electricity through electrical connection of the switch and a conductor, and an electrode. |
