The invention refers to medicine, namely to morphology, topographic anatomy, pathologic morphology, histology, cytology and is meant for staining lymphatic vessels and nodes in the total anatomical preparations. The total anatomical preparation is washed, submerged in the Rubenkov reagent for 4à6 hours, and afterwards it is withdrawn and dried.
