A drive apparatus and an integrated circuit for a display device are provided to select a proper gradation voltage generating part by changing the state of a selection signal if a gamma curve is changed. A drive apparatus includes plural pixels, a gradation reference voltage generating unit(800) generating plural gradation reference voltages, and a data drive unit having plural gradation voltage generating parts(510,520) each generating plural gradation voltages based on the gradation reference voltages. The data drive unit selects a gradation voltage corresponding to an image signal among the gradation voltages from the gradation voltage generating part selected on the basis of a selection signal from the outside, and then applies the selected gradation voltage to the pixel.
