A manufacturing method of an aluminum cooking vessel, which detects toxic components contained in food and can prevent discoloration and decoloration of the cooking vessel itself by containing nano-gold or nano-silver and anions in internal and external surfaces of a cooking vessel, and can equally maintain colors of the internal and external surfaces of the cooking vessel by adding other optional colors to the cooking vessel after surface treatment, is provided. A manufacturing method of an aluminum cooking vessel comprises: a forming process of forming a predetermined shaped cooking vessel using aluminum; a cleaning process of removing impurities of internal and external surfaces of a cooking vessel manufactured in the forming process; a surface treatment process of forming oxide coating films with the same color on internal and external surfaces of a cooking vessel from which impurities are removed in the cleaning process in a film coating tank; a sealing process of sealing a cooking vessel dried after the surface treatment process in a hydration tank containing a sealing solution to which nano-gold or nano-silver and anions are added; a drying process of drying a cooking vessel passing through the sealing process to complete sealing of internal and external surfaces of the cooking vessel; and an assembling process of assembling other parts to make a finished product.
