PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of machining a hole inner wall surface capable of enhancing the roundness of a machined hole. SOLUTION: The method includes: a rough machining process of moving a rough machining tool 9 fitted to a spindle 2 of a machine tool 1 with eccentricity in the direction of the rotating shaft of the spindle 2 while rotating the tool to cut a hole inner wall surface 21 previously formed in a workpiece 20; and a finishing process of moving a finishing tool 19 fitted to the spindle 2 with eccentricity while rotating the tool to cut the hole inner wall surface 21 of the workpiece 20. The processes are performed in order. In this case, the rotating direction of the finishing tool 19 is reversed to the rotating direction of the rough machining tool 9. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
