PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow filled with granular wadding materials, which are prevented from entering one another and from being reduced in volume as a whole granular material wadding after a long period of use or washing so that it can be used comfortably for a long time. SOLUTION: In the pillow body 1, the split pouches (splits) 8 of a (front split layer 5) house hard cylindrical granular materials 21 and spherical granular materials 23, while an upper rear split layer 6a houses soft cylindrical granular materials 22 and spherical granular materials 23. The through-hole 26 of each spherical granular material 23 is smaller than the thickness of each of soft and hard cylindrical granular materials 21 and 22 and the size of each spherical granular material 23 is larger than the through-holes 24 and 25 of the hard and soft cylindrical granular materials 21 and 22, so that one is prevented from entering another. The soft cylindrical granular materials 22 are softer than the hard cylindrical granular materials 21 and housed separately from it, so that the soft cylindrical granular materials 22 are prevented from entering the hard cylindrical granular material 21.
