PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid heat insulating device in which a beverage container does not float by buoyancy even if a liquid volume decreases. SOLUTION: The device has an outer container with an upper opening, an inner container which has an upper opening and installed inside the outer container and a fixing means which detachably fixes the outer container and the inner container.
