PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically pay out a sheet material (polyethylene sheet), and change wound rolls. SOLUTION: A winding shaft 12 is driven to pay out a polyethylene sheet 14 from a wound roll of the polyethylene sheet, it is guided onto a conveyor belt 20, and after it is guided, the winding shaft 12 is freely rotated by pulling force of a conveyor belt 20 while paying it out. When the winding shaft 12 stops rotating, it is judged that the sheet material has run out, and a polyethylene sheet is payed out similarly from the next wound roll 10. This work is continuously and automatically carried out for all the rolls 10 installed on the conveyor belt 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
