PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a substrate, with which a fitting screw can be eliminated without having to use new parts, cost can be reduced, efficiency of assembly work can be improved, substrate is prevented from being removed and the substrate can easily be exchanged. SOLUTION: Ribs 2 are protrusively formed in upward proper width from a cabinet (or chassis) 1 and the ribs 2 bend horizontally in substrate-fitting positions. Tip parts are bent and formed upward; the tip parts are formed in almost reverse L shapes; engagement projections 2b are formed protrusively downward, at lower faces of the tips of upper end pieces 2a; long holes 3a, into which the ribs 2 are inserted and engaging holes 3b, are formed near the long holes 3a in the substrate 3; the ribs 2 are inserted into the long holes 3a of the substrate 3; the substrate 3 is moved, the engaging projections 2b of the ribs 2 are engaged with the engaging holes 3b of the substrate 3 so as to fit and fix the substrate 3; and a lower face of the substrate 3 is brought into face-contact with the bent upper faces 2c in the horizontal direction of the ribs 2 so as to hold it.
