PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform automatically a pretreatment process in water quality analysis aiming at extraction of metals, when measuring metals or the like in water quality analysis. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with the first container loading pallet 12 for loading the first container 14 storing a specimen; a reagent addition unit 20 for adding a reagent to the specimen; a heating unit 30 for heating the first container 14 storing the specimen; the second container loading pallet 46 for loading the second container 44 into which the heated specimen is dispensed; a metering unit 50 for metering the specimen; the first and second conveyance means 16, 47; one or a plurality of robot hands A1-A3 for grasping the first and second containers and moving them to a required spot; and a control unit 60 for controlling each operation of the robot hands, the first and second conveyance means, the reagent addition unit, the heating unit and the metering unit.
