PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tough turnbuckle metal fitting installable merely by a construction from indoor side, enabling the easy working, and preventing a turnbuckle bolt from being extracted out of a mounting metal fitting by an extraction force or a first mounting metal fitting from being deformed. SOLUTION: This turnbuckle metal fitting comprises the first and second mounting metal fittings 9 and 10 fixed to the faces of a beam 1 and a column 2, and the hold-down bolt 11, and a pull-up nut 12. The first mounting metal fitting 9 comprises an upper member 13, a lower member 14, and a lock nut 15. The upper member 13 and the lower member 14 are combined with each other to form a rectangular parallelepiped member 16. A through hole 17 and a through hole 19 for a fixing screw 18 are formed through the rectangular parallelepiped member 16 in the vertical direction. The lock nut 15 is positioned inside the rectangular parallelepiped member 16. The first mounting metal fitting 9 is fixed to the lower surface of the beam 1, the upper end part of the hold-down bolt 11 is screwed to the nut 15 through the through hole 17, and the lower part of the hold-down bolt 11 is engaged with the second mounting metal fitting 10.
