PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eaves gutter supporting implement which facilitates construction by enabling an eaves gutter held in a suspended state to be smoothly slid in the longitudinal direction of the eaves gutter, and which brings about the good finished appearance after the construction. SOLUTION: In this eaves gutter supporting implement for holding the eaves gutter 1 in the state of suspending it on its front and back sides, a locking plate-like piece 4, which is inserted and locked into a recessed groove 3 formed inside a front lug part 2 of the eaves gutter 1 and opened to the lower inside, is provided at the front end part of a supporting implement body 5, and an upper edge of the piece 4 is formed as a chevron-shaped part 6 having an approximately arc shape in a front view. The chevron-shaped part 6 is formed in such a shape as be separated into chamfered chevron-shaped parts 6a which are arranged at both the corner parts of the upper edge of the piece 4, and a central chevron-shaped part 6b which is provided between both the chevron-shaped parts 6a and which is higher than the chevron-shaped part 6a.
