The device management enabled device performs the device management, connecting with the device management entity as a proxy for the non-device management enabled devices. After the device management enabled device has the information intended for the non-device management enabled device in the device management, then the device management enabled device connects to the non-device management enabled device and sends the device management information to the non-device management enabled device.
