An anti-freezing system using domestic sewage or hot water is provided to prevent a road surface from freezing in winter and to reduce pedestrians' inconvenience on passing on a road by keeping a road surface warm using a domestic sewage or hot water pipe. An anti-freezing system using domestic sewage or hot water is formed by laying pipes on the bottom of a road(30) using a piping member(40), and connecting a domestic sewage pipe or a hot water pipe(20) to the piping member installed on the bottom of the road to let domestic sewage or hot water from a building(10) flow out to a sewer pipe(50) through the piping member installed on the bottom of the road through the domestic sewage or hot water pipe. Therefore the warmth generated from the piping member keeps the stagnant snow or water of a road surface not to be frozen in winter. |
