Provided is a sweet jelly of red beans containing charcoal, which removes decaying residues(protein) and fat from the intestines, purifies blood, and relieves eater's fatigue. The sweet jelly of red beans containing charcoal is manufactured by the steps of: putting a cup of water, 100g of red-bean sediment, 70g of sugar, 20g of agar, and a bit of salt into a cooker to be boiled at about 160‹C for at least 10 minutes; making a base plate using the boiled material; and putting a boiled red-bean jelly containing charcoal in the inside of the base plate. |
