The invention refers to medicine, in particular to otorhinolaryngology.Summary consists in that the otorhinolaryngologic radiomanipulating instrument with laser includes a hollow handle (1), joined with a rigid tube (2) bent at an angle of 25? about its longitudinal axis, a fixative-branch (3) and a fluoroplastic compactor (4) to one end of the rigid tube, a docking unit (5) to the opposite end, a flexible hollow tip (6), connected with the proximal end to the rigid tube by means of the docking unit, having the distal end made right, at an angle of 30? or in the form of arc, and a monofiber (7), placed into the rigid tube and the tip. At the same time, in the upper part of the handle there is installed an aspiration regulating device (8), and in its lower part a tee-joint with aspiration branch pipe (9).
