A toilet paper moisture supply device is provided to let a user clean the anus by supplying moisture to toilet papers by spraying steam generated by heating and sterilizing the water, on the toilet paper. The toilet paper moisture supply device is composed of a wall-type body(10); a steam generator(20) installed in the body to generate steam by heating and sterilizing the water quantitatively supplied; a steam supply plate(30) formed at the body and connected to the steam generator to spray the steam on the toilet paper; and a controller for regulating the operation of the steam generator and the spray amount of steam, and the water level. The steam generator comprises a heater(21) heating the water; a temperature sensor(42) measuring the internal temperature of the steam generator and sending a control signal for controlling on/off of the heater, overheating, and water level to the controller; and a solenoid valve(43) opening and closing a water supply pipe(24) connected to the steam generator according to the signal of the controller.
