<p>A system for preparing a trochlear region of a resected femur is disclosed. The system includes a reamer guide and a reamer. The reamer guide has a first arcuate portion, a second arcuate portion, a wall, a protrusion connected to the wall, a leg connected to one of the first or second arcuate portion, and a distal tip portion connected to the leg. The reamer is adapted to rotatably connect to the distal tip portion, and the reamer has a first end portion, a second end portion, and one or more flutes.</p> |
