<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water, which is used for generating steam, from remaining inside of a sterilizer, sterilizing by treatment with UV and steam. <P>SOLUTION: The sterilizer which carries out sterilizing treatment by irradiating a matter to be treated 1 with UV is provided with a container 20 for generating the steam where the quantity of water required for generating the steam can be restricted to a a degree which is evaporated completely by performing one sterilizing treatment in the container 5 of the sterilizer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
