<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously perform the steps of treating molten pig iron and charging slug into a converter in a facility for preliminarily treating molten pig iron, without making cranes mutually intersecting even when the steps simultaneously become necessary. <P>SOLUTION: This converter facility has a retracting space 60 which is installed between the second treatment station 22 and the dephosphorization furnace P which are mutually most closely arranged, and makes a second molten pig iron conveying crane 52 retracted therein while making the first molten pig iron conveying crane 51 located in a second treatment station 22 and a slug conveying crane 53 located in a dephosphorization furnace P. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
