PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting diode mounting spacer capable of easily mounting a light-emitting diode, avoiding a rise of resin around the base of a lead wire of the light-emitting diode and eliminating floating of the light-emitting diode. SOLUTION: The light-emitting diode mounting spacer 100 is provided with resin-made cuboidal convex portions 10a, 10b, 10c and 10d each having different four lengths in horizontal directions of both side faces, and the lengths of the convex portions 10a, 10b, 10c and 10d are made shorter from the top to the bottom. Wiring grooves 11a, 11b and 11c having a predetermined interval are formed between the two adjacent convex portions 10a and 10b, 10b and 10c, and 10c and 10d from among the convex portions 10a, 10b, 10c and 10d.
