PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing sheet capable of laser marking at a low output and having a good resistivity to reflow at the same time. SOLUTION: The sealing sheet comprises a first resin layer 1 containing a first high molecular weight component having a crosslinkable functional group with a glass transition temperature of≥-20°C and of≤20°C and a second resin layer 2 containing a heat curable component, an inorganic filler and a second high molecular weight component, wherein in the above described second resin layer 2, the content of the inorganic filler is 30-80 vol.% per the whole of the second resin layer 2 described above and the content of the second high molecular weight component above described is 5-30 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the heat curable component above described.
