PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tolerance analyzing device, a tolerance analyzing method and a program for executing tolerance analysis by storing connection information between components configuring a structure to be designed by a three-dimensional CAD even when replacing components. SOLUTION: A tolerance analyzing device for executing the tolerance analysis of components configuring a structure to be designed by a three-dimensional CAD is provided with a structure shape storing means (13) for storing the three-dimensional shape of the structure, a component shape storing means (14) for storing the three-dimensional shape of each of faces forming the component, a connection information storing means (13) for storing the inter-component connection information to be defined in the interrelation of the faces independently of the component shape storing means (14) and a tolerance analysis processing arithmetic means (17) for executing tolerance analysis based on the connection information.
