<p>The invention relates to a discrete inductive detector, meant to equip the machines for measuring by coordinates. According to the invention, the detector consists of a body (8), wherein, at the lower part, a fixing ring (2) is assembled by the thread, whereon there is supported, by means of a tripod, the detecting rod (1); the tripod consists of three balls arranged at 120A , on the lower side of the detecting rod upper shoulder, which is supported on three "V" channels radially machined at 120A , on the upper side of the fixing ring. The detecting signal is transmitted by means of a collar rod (5), guided into a bush (7), and of an extension rod (9), to the linear inductive transducer consisting of a ferrite core (10), which may be displaced inside a coil (11) fastened at the upper side of the detector, by means of a rubber ring (12), a spacer (13) and a special nut (14). The force for detecting, maintaining and restoring the detecting rod in position are transmitted from a compression helical spring (6) by means of a collar rod.</p> |
