<p>The invention relates to a sand mixer with constant ratio and level, said sand being used for controlling the sand invasions, in the oil and gas wells, when it is necessary to supplement them with a filter-packer assembly. According to the invention, the mixer is made up of some mixing subassemblies (A and B), mounted on a modular support (37), the first subassembly (A) being used for low and medium sand ratios and it consists of a stirring vessel (1) which is provided, to the inside, with three waves runup devices (5) mounted on the walls of the vessel (1), with a hydraulic device (b) for maintaining the level constant, said device driving a servo-mechanism (14), and on the upper part of the vessel (1) there is mounted a hydrostatic engine (4) which drives a tray helical conveyer (7), provided with a recess (a) and with some blades (4), and tangentially to the walss of the vessel (1), there is connected a discharge pipe (6) of a rotary pump (9) mounted near the vessel (1) and connected through a suction conduct (8) and a discharge pipe (6) to the vessel (1), and through another suction conduct (15) it is connected to a fluid buffer vessel, and through the discharge pipe (18) it is conncted to a cementing unit, and above the vessel (1) there is mounted a sand storage vessel (2), provided with a gauged oriffice and with a sand dispencing device (3), and on the lateral side of the vessel (1), there is mounted a heat engine (11) which drives the rotary pump (9) and the hydraulic pump (13) by means of a transmission with gear wheel (12), the other subassemly (B) for large sand ratios and for the preparation of blocking fluids, being made up of a stirring vessel (25), provided to the inside with three waves runup devices (29), secured to the walls of the stirring vessel (25) and above the latter, on the cover, there being mounted a hydraulic engine, provided with a reducer (24).</p> |
