A motor operated valve is provided to simplify structure of a rotor, a valve shaft, a valve holder, a valve seat, a screw member, and a stem, and increase precision of concentricity thereof. A motor operated valve includes a valve main body(10), a stem part(20), a screw shaft(70), and a valve holder(80). The valve main body has a valve seat member. The stem part has a diameter smaller than that of the valve main body, and is formed at the main body. The screw shaft is threadedly engaged with a rotor member to be pivoted together with the stem part. The screw shaft supports the valve body through the valve holder. The valve holder is freely slid along the stem part.
