<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink fountain device which can reduce the occurrence of waste paper and cut time required for adjustment. <P>SOLUTION: An ink fountain 30 is equipped with a plurality of fountain keys 33 which form a gap for supplying an ink to a fountain roller 26 between the ink fountain 30 and the peripheral surface of the fountain roller 26, and a pair of ink weirs 34 to be pressed into contact with the peripheral surface of both end parts of the fountain roller 33. In addition, the fountain roller 26 is rotatably supported by an ecccentric bearing 40, and a line spanning the rotary center G1 of the eccentric bearing 40 and an axial center G2 of the fountain roller 26, is orthogonal with a direction A where the ink weir 34 is urged. Further, a duct roller 27 adjacently positioned to the fountain roller 26, is urged to the fountain roller 26 side by an air cylinder 52 through a bracket 50 which rotatably supports the duct roller 27. The eccentric bearing 40 is positioned adjacently to a cam follower 56 fitted to the duct roller 27, and has a cam surface 41c for keeping a nip pressure at a specified level between the fountain roller 26 and the duct roller 27. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
