<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an egg roll-like food free from eluting ingredients on the surface of skin in a production process when using white sauce or cheese as the raw material of the ingredients and excellent in palate feeling, and to provide a method for producing the egg roll-like food. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the egg roll-like food comprises wrapping with skins ingredients having as the main raw material, at least one kind selected from water, cow milk, bouillon and soup, and white sauce and cheese, and deep-frying the product. Furthermore, the method comprises mixing as the raw material of the ingredients potato starch and corn starch.
