<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display real time facility operating circumstances, sales transition and budget circumstances or the like, and to integrally execute production control, managemental analysis and personnel evaluation or the like for facilitating countermeasures to quick management plan by acquiring the materials of a management plan, and to digitize and input a part of human nature called "sentiment" as well as the evaluation of grades on work as the evaluation of each individual in term of a result principle for supporting the effective introduction of the product principle. <P>SOLUTION: This system is configured to display a picture where operating circumstance data of manufacturing machinery, sales data from a base task system which manages sales, budget data from an accounting system which manages budgets and other evaluation data relating to the human nature of each employee and the capability of a work are inputted, and the sales, overhead expenses and gross profit of each manufacturing department are displayed based on those data and a picture where the target of the turnover of each manufacturing department and the result and achievement rate of the current turnover are displayed and a picture where a video photographed by a live camera installed at a predetermined position in a company is displayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
