<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce and use an immortalized cell line useful as a substrate for virus propagation, recombinant protein expression and recombinant virus production. <P>SOLUTION: The immortalized cell line is produced by a method comprising the following process: Primary chicken embryonic fibroblasts are proliferated in a cultured product, the resulting fibroblasts in the cultured product are subjected to subculture until the onset of their senility, the fibroblasts under senility are concentrated until their culture confluency of about 30% to about 60% is maintained, the focus of the fibroblasts under non-senility in the cultured product is identified, the non-senile fibroblasts are isolated and then proliferated over more than 30 times of subcultures. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
