<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic container especially suitable for a non-carbonated drink with high-density polyethylene as a base and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The container made by blow-molding or extrusion-molding has a barrier characteristic, and moreover, includes an upper wall having an opening 13, a middle side-wall 14 located below the upper wall 12 and a base 16 located below the middle side-wall in order to support the container. The container has the inside surface 22 and an outside surface and includes a first molded layer formed of the high-density polyethylene and a carbon coating on the inside surface of the first layer and also adhered to the layer and substantially coextensive with the first layer, and the carbon coating has a thickness smaller than about 10 microns. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
