<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a gas barrier thin film on the whole inner surface of a container so that the coloring of the inner wall on a spout of the container does not become excessive, a difference of degrees of coloring between the neighborhood of a body and the spout is small, gas barrier properties of the whole container are not largely spoiled, and the eluation of various substances is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a gas barrier plastic container with a spout with reduced coloring comprises inserting a cylindrical body with a side face provided with a plurality of opening holes with hole areas of 0.2-2.0 mm<SP>2</SP>into the spout of the plastic container, arranging the cylindrical body in a state that it closely approaches the inner wall face of the spout of the plastic container, making a raw material gas fed in the plastic container into plasma, and making a gas barrier thin film on the whole inner surface of the plastic container by a plasma CVD method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
