<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably confirm safety of persons entering/exiting a predetermined place of a company particularly in disasters. <P>SOLUTION: An authentication terminal 5 updates an entering/exiting record of an object person for entering/exiting management by using registration information registered in an IC card 8 of an entering/exiting person. In disasters, a first confirmation part 31 extracts an unknown candidate object person who has an entrance record without an exit record, and verifies the face information of the extracted object person with the face information acquired from exit images, thereby extracting an object person whose exit can not be confirmed among the unknown candidate object persons.
