PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a returnable rack capable of securing strength by a simple configuration, and having a side frame formed of a thin member. SOLUTION: A folding member 3c is formed so as to form a plurality of isosceles-triangles by folding the member with an equal length in a zigzag manner, setting a bending angle to one side to be equal to the bending angle to the reverse direction, and bending the member in a V-shape (it may be referred to a truss) a plurality of times. The folding member 3c on the upper stage and the folding member 3c arranged on a lower stage are formed in the same shapes, and arranged in the line-symmetric manner with the boundary line between the upper and lower stages as a center line.
