PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Chinese yam digger capable of rationalizing work of collecting dug Chinese yams. SOLUTION: A pair of soil-collecting plates opening like a reversed truncated chevron toward the traveling direction of a tractor is set at the rear part of a digging blade so that culture soil is introduced to a space removed the culture soil by travel of the digging blade so as to reclaim and thereby to prevent the dug Chinese yams from sinking in the culture soil.
