PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit capable of very easily providing such a function that can change display data without giving any change to flow of image data and independently executing a means for making the function effective without interfering with original data flow. SOLUTION: Fixed pattern data can be made image data that is desired not to be imaged not by transmitting picked-up data from a CMOS sensor to a personal computer PC but by transmitting prescribed fixed pattern data, and since hardware and software of the personal computer PC being a host do not use a special function, wherein only contents of the image data are different, the image data can be provided without giving any change to the existing basic configuration.
