PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve the presence position of a communication terminal device safely from another communication terminal device. SOLUTION: A positional information request information reception section 301 receives electronic mail which is sent from a second communication terminal device 104 and includes first security information, a collation section 302 collates the first security information included in the received electronic mail, and a presence position information transmission section 303 includes presence position information of a first communication terminal device 102 in SMS mail and transmits it to the second communication terminal device 104 according to the collation result. A first security information request information reception section 305 receives the electronic mail which is sent from the second communication terminal device 104 and includes second security information, a permission acceptance section 308 accepts whether registration of the second communication terminal device 104 is allowed, and a first security information transmission section 310 includes the first security information in electronic mail and transmits it to the second communication terminal device 104 according to the accepted result.
