PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute remote control data for various electronic apparatuses installed in a predetermined space to a mobile terminal to perform remote control for the electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: A distribution server CDS maintains a schedule management database 13 for storing a schedule data indicative of the content of a schedule for a user of a mobile terminal MS-k and an electronic apparatus installation place database 15 for storing an apparatus data ED-t for specifying a type etc. for an electronic apparatus EM-l currently installed in each space S-j. A data identification information is described in the schedule data to identify the apparatus data ED-t corresponding to the space S-j where the user exists in each time zone. When remote control data are actually distributed, the distribution server CDS finds out the apparatus data ED-t corresponding to the space S-j where the user exists currently based on the schedule data, and reads out a remote control data to be distributed to the mobile terminal MS-k based on the apparatus data ED-t.
