PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile imaging apparatus wherein an imaging section moves inside a pipe at a high speed and a stop attitude of the imaging section is easily maintained. SOLUTION: The mobile imaging apparatus 1 includes the imaging section 6 that moves inside the pipe 14 and images an outside scene of the pipe 14 via the pipe 14, and also includes delivery means 41 to 43 for delivering a gas inside the pipe 14 from one end of the pipe 14, and delivery means 15, 16 for delivering the gas to the outside of the pipe 14 from the other end of the pipe 14.
