PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication system and a data communication method which can solve the problem of a conventional processing for inconvenient communication. SOLUTION: The data communication system is provided with: an information extraction section 12 to extract an object of extraction from received data; a plurality of comparison information generation/transmission sections 13 and 14 to generate and transmit information for comparison including the extracted object; a comparison section 23 to compare the received information for comparison with the received data; and a cancel processing section 27 to delete the data when the received information for comparison matches the received data.
