PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of external resonance laser equipment by decreasing the number of components thereof. SOLUTION: A box cover 70 is fixed onto a seating 64 to cover the components of laser equipment arranged on the seating 64 from above. A circular opening 71 is formed at the laser light exit position of the box cover 70. A rectangular tubular light guide portion 72 having a width and a height slightly larger than the diameter of the opening 71 is provided to extend inward. Extension end of the light guide portion 72 is cut off obliquely. Angle at the extension end matches the inclination of an optical wedge 1. Holding base 60 of the optical wedge 1 is fitted and fixed to the end of the light guide portion 72. Consequently, the opening 71 of the box cover 70 is closed by the optical wedge 1 functioning as a window glass and the window glass can be eliminated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
