PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte circulating battery in which the number of components is reduced and deterioration of battery performance is prevented even if terminal electrodes connected to a cell laminate are brought into contact with electrolyte solution. SOLUTION: The electrolyte circulating battery comprises a cell laminate, a supplying and discharging part for supplying and discharging electrolyte to electrodes 3 and 5 of each cell, and terminal electrodes 8 for inputting and outputting electricity to the cell laminate. The supplying and discharging part is equipped with a supplying and discharging board 6 which is placed next to the cell laminate in the direction of stacking, and the board 6 has a channel 61 for letting through the electrolyte solution between the cell laminate and the outside of the cell. The terminal electrode 8 is made of nonmetallic conductive materials containing carbon and integrated with the supplying and discharging board 6. The terminal electrode 8 comprises a conductor 84 for conducting electricity to a bipolar plate 21 next to the supplying and discharging board of the cell laminate and a connector 83 which is connected to a power system.
