PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network servo system that enables more complicated software limit area specification than before with only servo drivers without software limit processing by a controller. SOLUTION: In the network servo system 5, the servo drivers 3 and 4 each comprise a parameter setting means 6 for storing and holding a software limit area specification function and parameters representing a movable area for the area specification function, an arithmetic processing part 10 for determining whether or not a feedback position of each servomotor 7, 8 or a command position to each servo driver 3, 4 acquired via a communication means 2 is within the movable area, and a software limit processing means 11 for executing software limit processing of stopping the servomotor 7, 8 according to the determination result of the arithmetic processing part 10.
