PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable integrated life cycle management of an application program and to reduce probability of operation mistake even by an operator having no skill. SOLUTION: When the life cycle of an application program is managed, it is identified whether the installation destination of the application program is another management device, the application program is installed in the own management device or the latter management device in response to the identification result, and the installed application program is managed by the own management device.
