PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method for screening, classifying, ranking antibodies, based on epitope recognition properties and binding affinity, and evaluating the antibodies ranked to determine whether the antibody is useful for cure product, in identifying antibodies which are useful in a therapeutic product. SOLUTION: This method (i) clarifies the potential utility in therapy of protein targets, relative to molecules interacting with these protein targets, while (ii) interacts with those protein targets to identify, such a molecule as achieving utility in therapy. In this method, protein targets are screened for a plurality of molecules to find interactive ones among them. Those interactive molecules are classified in accordance with predefined standards for selecting representative members to be used for preselected assay, including these protein targets.
